New Post: varbind list construction

I am trying to construct a varbind list for testing that looks something like:

• '.1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.9999.9999.1.1 STRING "some text"'
• '.1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.9999.9999.1.2 STRING "some text"'
• '.1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.9999.9999.1.3 STRING "some text"'
  

I am using Powershell, and am unsure of the correct method to build an entry of the above composition to append to the list.

What is the syntax for ObjectIdentifier to create this type of entry?
