Project Description

#SNMP (SharpSNMP) Suite is a set of free SNMP tools based on an open source library for developers who target Microsoft .NET/Xamarin Mono platforms. It's developed in C# and can be used for VB.NET, Delphi Prism, and more.

Features

• Target both Microsoft .NET and Xamarin Mono.

#SNMP Library

• Encapsulate SNMP functions in a natural and easy-to-use API set.
• Release under LGPL (so can be referenced by both commercial and open source applications).
• Support .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, 4.0, .NET Compact Framework 3.5, and Mono 2.8+.

Support for .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0 expired on April 12, 2011. #SNMP release BigDipper (7.0) and above no longer supports these two obsolete .NET versions.

#SNMP Agent

• Offer an SNMP agent reference design in C# language.
• Release under MIT/X11.
• Rely on .NET Framework 3.5 SP1/4.0 or Mono 2.8+.

#SNMP MIB Browser, and MIB Compiler

• Provide MIB tools that contain basic functionalities for freelance developers who cannot afford those expensive commercial tools.
• Release under MIT/X11.
• Rely on .NET Framework 3.5 SP1/4.0 or Mono 2.8+.
